MedSprout AI collects information you provide through our website contact forms, demo requests, and contracted service deployments. This includes business contact information (name, facility name, email, phone number) and information about your facility's operational needs.

MedSprout AI does not collect patient health information (PHI) through this website. PHI collected through contracted AI Admissions Engine™ deployments is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with each client.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected through this website is used to respond to demo requests, provide product information, and administer our services. We do not sell contact information to third parties.

3. HIPAA

MedSprout AI operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA for clients who have executed a BAA. All PHI processed through contracted services is handled under HIPAA-compliant infrastructure as described in the applicable BAA and Service Agreement.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Contracted services operate under AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
