MedSprout AI provides AI-powered admissions automation software for healthcare organizations. Services are described in applicable Service Agreements. This website is informational only and does not constitute a clinical service or medical advice.

3. No Medical Advice

MedSprout AI does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical recommendations, or medical advice. Nothing on this website or in our services constitutes medical advice. Patients and facilities should rely on licensed clinical professionals for all clinical decisions.

4. HIPAA

Clients who handle PHI through MedSprout AI contracted services must execute a Business Associate Agreement prior to deployment. The BAA governs PHI handling obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

MedSprout AI's liability is limited as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. This website and its content are provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
